Inkless Wipe Kits 
Impressions for life will send out an inkless wipe kit with full instructions for hand/footprint jewellery and paw print jewellery. If required, additional kits are available at £5.00 per kit (£6.00 including postage).

Jewellery Sizing
All charm sizes quoted are approximate and are subject to 8 - 10% shrinkage during the firing process.

Jewellery Engraving 
If you choose to have a name, date, initials or short message engraved on your jewellery we will require this in writing. This is also necessary for personalised message or initial jewellery. This can be emailed or posted to Impressions for Life detailing the inscription required and placement (front or back). This is to ensure that we have the correct spelling and/or date. Impressions for Life cannot accept liability if you provide us with incorrect details.

3D Castings
It only takes a few minutes to take the moulds of your child's hands and feet. If your child becomes upset during the process then a follow up appointment may be required. 

Due to the fragile nature of the casting process, occasionally we may require a follow up appointment to re do the mould. In this instance we will inform you as soon as possible following your appointment.

Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards using secure PayPal invoicing. You will need to provide us with an email address if you wish to pay using your credit/debit card.

Cheques should be made payable to Impressions for Life.

Please note that full payment must be made at the time of ordering.

Delivery of Finished Jewellery
Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery of finished jewellery. If you require your order by a specific date then please let us know at the time of ordering. We will try to accommodate your request. 

Inkless wipe kits, for foot and handprint jewellery, will be sent via first class post and will also include a return stamped envelope.

Your finished jewellery will be returned using Royal Mail Special Delivery, where a signature will be required. Postage costs are £7.00 per order.

Delivery of Framed Items
Framed 3D castings or framed inkless wipes can be collected from Loughborough within 4 weeks of the moulds being taken. Hand delivery is available within a 10 mile radius for an additional charge. Please enquire for delivery costs of framed items.

Returns
All products are handmade to order and therefore we cannot offer a refund on non-faulty products. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your order then please inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
